Control Panel Password Security

All customers are now able to set a different password to access the ‘Control Panel’ than what they use for FTP. This helps to further secure your website and our network.
To set a new ‘Control Panel’ password simply log in as normal by either clicking through from the Customer Centre or by visiting cp.yourdomain.com
Once logged in set your password from the ‘Change your Webtones Hosting password’ section on the right hand side of the page…

Notice how there is a visual indicator showing the strength of your password security. You will only be able to change the password once you have entered enough qualifying characters in the password.
